New Mexico, Your Senator is a Chemical Safety Champion

Thank Sen. Tom Udall for his tireless efforts to protect our families from toxic chemicals. Eco Activist—

Thank Sen. Udall for his dedication to chemical safety.

America's toxic chemicals policy is badly broken. Our current chemical safety law—the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976—hasn't been updated since it first passed over 37 years ago. And it is so ineffective that it leaves known carcinogens and other dangers to human health in our homes.

Thankfully, some in Congress are working on changing that—and Tom Udall has been a chemical safety champion.

Take Action: Thank Sen. Udall for his leadership in the fight to protect our families from toxic chemicals.

Sen. Udall has voiced strong support for chemical safety reform in the Senate. But he hasn't stopped there. He has reached across the aisle—and even across Houses of Congress—to fix major problems in proposed legislation and encourage bipartisan cooperation.

He has committed himself to seizing this historic opportunity, and ensuring that New Mexicans—and all Americans—don't need a PhD to buy safe products.

Let Sen. Udall know his efforts aren't going unnoticed. Thank him for his dedication to chemical safety!
